No client relationship from this site

Sending an enquiry through this website, calling us, or submitting a form does not create a client relationship and does not oblige us to act for you.

A relationship begins only when we have completed client due diligence, issued engagement terms, and you have accepted them in writing. Until that point, please do not send us confidential or privileged material.

Engagement terms take precedence

Where we act for you, the engagement letter and the terms of business attached to it govern the work. They set out the scope, the fees, the responsibilities of each side and the limits of our liability.

If anything in these website terms conflicts with your engagement terms, the engagement terms prevail.

Forms and submissions

This website carries enquiry, application and will requisition forms. When you submit one, you confirm that the information you have given is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting a form registers your instructions or your interest; it does not complete a transaction, create a will, or bring any arrangement into effect. We will contact you to confirm details and to take the next step. Personal data submitted through a form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics, the Pentagon Nominees name and the Pentagon Nominees logo, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.
