Will requisition form

Register your instructions for the preparation of a will. This form records what you intend; it is not itself a will.

Held in confidence.

What you register here is seen only by the people working on your instructions.

How it works

How to register a will with us.

Register your instructions

Complete the form above with your family details, assets, executors and beneficiaries. Only the people working on your instructions see what you submit.

We confirm the details

Next, we contact you to go through your instructions, ask about anything unclear and confirm what the will needs to cover.

Identification

As with every engagement, we verify your identity before work begins. This is a regulatory requirement.

Drafting

We then prepare the will from your confirmed instructions. We agree fees with you in writing before we begin.

Signing and witnessing

Finally, we arrange execution with you. The will takes effect only once you sign it and it is witnessed in line with Nigerian law.

Questions about wills
