Scoping conversation
First, we talk through what you are dealing with. Then we tell you what the process involves and how long it usually takes.
Engagement terms
If you decide to go ahead, we issue engagement terms and agree fees with you in writing before we begin.
Due diligence
Finally, we verify identification documents for you and, where relevant, for the beneficial owners. This applies to every engagement.
Before you book
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. First conversations are without obligation. We use them to understand what you need and to tell you plainly whether, and how, we can help.
How are fees structured?
Fees depend on the service. For example, clients usually retain company secretarial work on an annual basis, while we quote escrow, probate and structuring work on the matter. Either way, we agree fees in writing before we begin.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality obligations apply from the first conversation, and our engagement terms set them out in full.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by appointment, so that the right person is available when you arrive. Our office is at 16 Rasheed Alaba Williams Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. In fact, a significant part of our work involves foreign investors entering the Nigerian market and Nigerian families with assets in more than one country.
