DUTIES:
- Carry out site inspections and supervise civil construction works.
- Ensure projects are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate contractors and artisans on-site to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All candidates must possess a minimum of a first degree or HND in relevant disciplines with cognate years of experience in similar roles. Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
